Job Description

We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leader and team priorities. Impeccable attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are all critical to success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with executives inside and outside the company is important. This role coordinates frequently with Executive Assistants across the broader organization. Outstanding planning and communication skills are required. The ability to foster a positive team environment is a must, as is flexibility and a willingness to take effective action as priorities shift.

ResponsibilitiesComplex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings.Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries as well as expense reporting.Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities.Partner closely with the leadership team and key business partners to provide holistic support to the organization.Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, and advertising industry professionals.Essential SkillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.2+ years of Executive Assistant experience.Ability to work independently.Strong planning and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not required.Experience with Concur is helpful.Experience working with directors/VPs.Can quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives, and business leader priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented philosophy.Ability to influence without direct authority.Highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and leadership.Experience hiring and developing Executive Assistants.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00
