Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors. This role requires strong focus and execution, managing a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling. You will need to effectively prioritize amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring the appropriate level of urgency is given. Additionally, you will monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, act as a proxy when necessary, manage travel and expenses, and handle all administrative support functions for the office. You will also manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely action on deliverables.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendar management and scheduling.Effectively prioritize and handle a high volume of information and requests.Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails.Act as a proxy for the Directors when necessary.Manage travel arrangements and expenses.Provide comprehensive administrative support for the office.Handle multiple tasks and action items, ensuring timely follow-up and preparation.Essential SkillsAbility to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance.Impeccable attention to detail.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.Appropriate levels of urgency in response to situations and events.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.High degree of professionalism in dealing with professionals.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong calendaring skills.Strong travel planning skills.Strong event planning skills.2+ years of experience in the field.Preferred: Bachelor's degree (not required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Work Environment

This role requires you to be onsite five days a week, working a day shift from Monday to Friday. You will have flexibility to start at either 8am or 9am, and the workweek consists of 40 hours. You will be part of an exciting team and will work closely with two great people in this role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00
