Executive Assistant I
One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a growing team. Role will be 100% onsite in Seattle, WA. Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support four Directors in the Tax department. This is a critical role that requires a strong focus on execution. The Executive Assistant will handle a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing effectively amidst a flood of information and requests. The role demands ensuring appropriate levels of urgency, monitoring and tracking meetings, priorities, and emails, and acting as a proxy when necessary. Additionally, this role involves managing travel and expenses, as well as all administrative support functions for the office. Responsibilities + Manage complex calendars and scheduling for four Directors. + Prioritize tasks and requests with appropriate levels of urgency. + Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails; act as a proxy when necessary. + Manage travel arrangements and expense reports. + Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office. + Handle multiple tasks and action items, documentation, follow-ups, and preparation for Directors. + Ensure timely action on deliverables. Essential Skills + 1-3+ years of Executive Assistant experience + Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance. + Impeccable attention to detail. + Ability to make smart and timely decisions. + Capability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations requiring quick response. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. + High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. + Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company. + 5 years of experience supporting senior management or related experience. + Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Administrative support experience. + Calendar management skills. + Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Work Environment This position is fully onsite in Seattle. The role involves supporting a close-knit team within the global tax department. The work environment is dynamic and requires a high degree of professionalism and collaboration. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
