Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Chief Brand Officer. This role is crucial, requiring strong focus and execution. You will handle a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests. You will ensure the appropriate level of urgency is given, monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, and act as a proxy when necessary. Additional responsibilities include managing travel and expenses and providing all administrative support functions for this office.
Responsibilities
+ Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Monitor and track meetings, priorities, and emails, acting as a proxy when necessary.
+ Manage travel and expenses for the Chief Brand Officer.
+ Provide administrative support functions, including filling out company forms, submitting invoices, and coordinating meeting logistics.
+ Assist guests with building access.
+ Manage multiple tasks and action items, ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables.
+ Support an additional executive with specific tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least two years of college required, bachelor's degree preferred.
+ 3 years of experience supporting senior management such as VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs.
+ Excellent PC skills, fluent in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
Work Environment
This is an onsite role, requiring presence in the office five days a week out of Culver City. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 PT, totaling 40 hours a week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
