Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Transaction Risk. This is a critical role that requires a strong focus and execution. The Executive Assistant will handle a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate levels of urgency are given. You will monitor and track the VP's meetings, priorities, and emails, and act as a proxy when necessary. Additionally, you will manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office. Managing multiple tasks and action items, documentation follow-up, and preparation for the VP to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables are also key responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendar management and scheduling.Effectively prioritize information and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency.Monitor and track the VP's meetings, priorities, and emails.Act as a proxy for the VP when necessary.Manage travel and expenses for the VP.Perform all administrative support functions for the office.Handle multiple tasks and action items documentation.Follow-up and prepare necessary materials for the VP.Ensure timely action on deliverables.Essential SkillsAbility to prioritize tasks and projects.Experience managing for 2-3 directors.Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and go with the flow.Excellent calendar management skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.Impeccable attention to detail.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to make smart and timely decisions.High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least two years of college required, bachelor's degree preferred.3 years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs).Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring three days in the Seattle office. The position offers the opportunity to provide feedback on process improvements and may lead to a permanent position. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to adapt quickly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
