As an Executive Assistant supporting three executives, you will have broad administrative responsibility to support the executive team while enabling exceptional business results. **Responsibilities:** + Ability to assess the needs of your executives and delegate to the correct leaders to ensure tasks are completed + Coordinate and manage executives' calendar, travel schedule & travel budget for departments + Schedule, lead and participate in team meetings, develop agendas, keep meetings on track, prioritize and track takeaway action items + Help support projects and events, off-sites, and luncheons and provide a positive employee experience and culture for teams + Email management, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive matters + Maintain and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and contracts + Keep recurring operations running smoothly + Act as a liaison with other EAs and teams + Demonstrated experience and ability in forming relationships with and working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external, in a hybrid environment that is multiple geography and time zones **Requirements:** + 2-3 years of executive support + Strong cross-functional project management experience + Excellent use of grammar and punctuation + Experience developing and fine-tuning processes + A trusted advisor who maintains a high level of business professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and appropriate handling of sensitive information + A positive person with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get great results + An adept communicator who responds promptly and provides answers or analysis at a level deeper than the original request + An outstanding liaison who handles communication with finesse and diplomacy + A multitasker who successfully manages prioritizes, and executes against tight deadlines + A positive influence on those around you with a passion for creating an inclusive work environment **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment preferred + Knowledge of G-Suite preferred; Navan, Expensify, and Coupa \#LI-KB1 We welcome diversity at Lucid and are dedicated to creating an environment and culture that is respectful and inclusive for everyone.
