Executive Assistant III
Our Client, a Mortgage Financing company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant III for their Washington, DC location. Responsibilities: + EA for Chief Information Officer and SVP in a fast-paced organization. + Manages executive calendar including setting up meetings and events. Coordinates travel arrangements and accommodations provides options to executive. Prepares notes from meetings. + Strong moral compass has demonstrated ability to uphold, handle, and maintain confidential information. Answers phone calls and emails and routes them to the appropriate group/individual and can take messages. + Highly professional communication skills representing client and the executive. Highly organized in a complex environment. Flexible and able to understand shifting demands. + Focused on delivery and driving tasks to completion. + Collaborative team player. Always seeking to continuously improve as an individual and as a teammate. + Must have deep experience with Microsoft Tools specifically Outlook. Skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote are preferred.
