You would be an integral part of the new Go-To-Market (GTM) & Planning function within our Learning and Talent Solutions COE. This function will streamline and elevate how we plan, launch, sustain, and measure the success of critical HR programs. The successful candidate will effectively lead the overall functional and organizational needs of the team in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate strong technological savvy, outstanding grammar and spelling, and exceptional organization and attention to detail.
This position supports the VP, HR Go-to-Market Enablement.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to VP and a DirectorInteract with a wide variety of internal and external partners on behalf of leadership and the teamHandle travel arrangements and trip oversight for VP, Director and team membersThoughtfully manage complex calendars over multiple time zonesProvide administrative and office support as required, such as answering phone lines, arranging office access, performing data entry, composing correspondence, and ordering suppliesPlan and coordinate corporate events from conception to executionPartner effectively with peers to ensure effective distribution of work and office coverageLearn about the key priorities of the HR Go-to-Market Enablement function in order to anticipate and plan for required workBuild PowerPoint presentations for executive audiencesBuild Microsoft Word documents for high level audiences, translating leaders’ notes and direction into polished final productManage payment and tracking for consultant contracts, provide leaders ongoing status updatesPull reports and maintain databases as neededSupport the Burbank LTS office needs, including general office management like snack and supply orders, catering, room bookings, etc.Gather, coordinate, categorize, interpret and conceptualize information and dataRequired Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting leaders within corporate environments or equivalent skills/experienceOutstanding technological acumen, with a focus on continuous skills growthDemonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive informationHighly detail oriented and organized, with strong proofreading skills, especially under time constraintsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, with a strong working knowledge of Adobe and ExcelHighly meticulous, organized, approachable, and friendlyWillingness and ability to proactively improve existing processesAbility to lead multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines while remaining composed and calmCommitted to develop trusting and supportive working relationships with team and peersAccurate typing speed of 50 WPMAvailability to work overtime without prior noticePreferred Qualifications
Experience in an HR environmentThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $64,300-$86,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
