Job Responsibilities

As Executive Assistant (m/f/d) you will play a crucial role strategic communication, project coordination, and operational efficiency within our Software Organization and with cross-functional stakeholders. You will support the team moreover by providing strategic administrative support through managing the VP's calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and events to maximize productivity and support strategic objectives.

Furthermore, your tasks will be:

Prepare strategic reports and analyses on project progress, resource utilization, and KPIs to support decision-making. Collaborate with leadership to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives. Plan, facilitate, and document meetings and workshops, including follow-up on action items. Organize and execute team and company events. Drive strategic initiatives to optimize processes and foster innovation. Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting for the VP. Ensure compliance with international regulations and handle sensitive information professionally. Background & Skills

For this position you have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a comparable field and you were already able to gain several years of strategic experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.

Detail oriented way of working and ability to meet tight deadlines Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Experience in project management, coordination or workshop facilitation is a plus Familiarity with digital tools and willingness to adapt to new technologies for increased efficiency Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
