As an Executive Assistant, you will provide day-to-day administrative support under limited supervision. This position will provide advanced administrative support to the President of Michels Pacific Energy, Inc. and other department leaders, organize multi-management calendars, schedule complex meetings/conference rooms, maintain standard department-related materials, create reports, build spreadsheets and manage distribution. This role will write, proofread, and distribute/mail correspondence reports, and letters as requested. Other duties consist of preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking/transcribing minutes, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The Executive Assistant must have strong attention to detail and be able to multitask, prioritize, and project a professional image. The anticipated salary range is: $34.00 ‐ $44.50 hourly. This information reflects the anticipated hourly base range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
