Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide support to NBC Sports executive leaders. 
 
Responsibilities

Administrative duties for this role include: managing travel and expenses; coordinating/managing calendars; planning meetings; and attending and taking notes for  meetingsHandle and coordinate confidential information with detail and due carePrepare expense reports and order supplies as neededAssist in preparation and drafting of documents and presentationsComprehensive research, substantive follow up, and coordinating special projects and events Provide assistance on various projects and activitiesAdditional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience3+ years administrative and/or general office experienceProficiency across Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Desired Characteristics:

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressureInterest in sports television production and operationsAbility to work well in a team environment and independentlyExperience working in media or television production a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
