Our client, a family office, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager in their NYC office. The hours are 9:30/10am-5:30/6pm five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Manage the Principal's business schedule Monitoring a busy inbox and drafting correspondence Book business and personal travel (flights, hotels, cars)Run the office operations acting as a point of contact for office supply and IT vendorsOrder supplies and run errands when necessary

Qualifications:

5+ years of EA experienceProficient in ExcelFamiliarity with Trello or Monday.com a plusAble to manage up

Compensation/Benefits:
