Compensation

The compensation target range for this role is:

$82,700 - $87,000

Job Summary

Purple is looking for an Executive Assistant, who will provide executive, administrative, and development support to C-Level executives and VPs. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executives. They will also serve as a liaison to other senior leadership at Purple; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and VPs, including managing dynamic calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. 

Prepare, review, and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. 

Compose, proofread, and prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, and other written communications on behalf of executives. 

Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and meeting agendas. 

Compile and organize documents and materials for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared for strategic discussions. 

Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, communicating on their behalf with senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. 

Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings and events, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. 

Take detailed minutes during weekly and bi-weekly team meetings, distributing them to relevant team members and tracking action items. 

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions. 

Provide ad-hoc support for special projects and initiatives as needed. 

Anticipate the needs of executives and provide proactive solutions to optimize their workflow. 

Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (supporting C-suite Execs)  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. 

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling and expense management tools. 

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams. 

Prior experience in executive support or administrative roles preferred.
