Executive Assistant/Receptionist

Our client, a growing private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Receptionist to support their NYC office. The hours are 9am - 6pm (flex for overtime) five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Support two Executives with administrative needsManage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportationTrack and submit expense reportsMaintain upkeep of conference rooms to coincide with schedule and usageEnter visitors in the building security system and enter work orders into the building systemManage the catering budget of the office and order weekly team lunchesPick up deliveries/escort vendors for set-upAnswer the main phone line and forward incoming phone callsOrder and track the office and kitchen supplies inventoryProvide backup coverage for the Office Manager and EAs

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experienceExperience in financial servicesBachelor's degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ZoomDemonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely deliverablesStrong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation/Benefits:
