This is an exciting internship opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop real-world skills in executive and operational support, and contribute to the day-to-day success of a high-performing CEO. The candidate must have the flexibility to be available on weekends, off-hours, and on-call as needed to support the executive’s schedule and priorities. Reports to the current Executive Assistant. Summer Internship: June to August 2025 Hours: Part-time or Full time hours Location: New York Requirements Professional Support + Assist in executive-level meetings, providing visibility and insights into ongoing company activities and brand partnerships. + Act as a liaison with partner brands and vendors in New York to ensure seamless coordination and communication. + Collaborate closely with various departments in SpreeAI for high-level operations. + Facilitate professional conversations and emails with key stakeholders. + Maintain confidentiality and support with scheduling coordination. Personal Support + Serve as the “hands and feet” for the executive, assisting with errands and tasks. + Manage logistics for the executive’s home, such as table deliveries, condo management, and vendor coordination. + Keep personal spaces organized, including maintaining a stocked fridge and arranging car services. + Book reservations and ensure timely execution of personal and professional needs. + Plan and orchestrate work to ensure punctuality, accuracy, and uphold best practices. Attributes and Skills: + Interpersonal Skills: Ability to quickly assess situations, “read the room,” and adapt to best practices. + Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and team members. + Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various responsibilities effectively. + Proactive Mindset: Willing to do whatever is needed to ensure smooth operations in a hybrid work environment. + Scrappy and Resourceful: Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment that requires flexibility and creativity. + Confidentiality: Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all information. Requirements: + Must have their own source of transportation (this position will require travel.) + Must be located in New York for a hybrid work schedule. + High level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. + Calm under pressure and high-stress situations. + Adapts quickly to the CEO’s workstyle. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. + Proficiency in office software such as MS Suite, Slack, and Google Workspace.
