The Position

Job Summary:

Ensure effective and sustainable administrative operation to the General Manager of Roche Diagnostic Suzhou.Lead the General Administration department to ensure high-quality Site leadership team support and advanced end-to-end administration experience.Ensure close interactions with the Site leadership team to maintain the efficient communications.Act as the administration interface to engage and collaborate among the Roche Community.Develop the General Administration function in line with the Site strategic intent and direction.Ensure compliance with Roche’s Group Code of Conduct.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality organizational support to the General Manager in comprehensive levels, forindividual level, Site level, cross-affiliate level and global level, etc.Deliver the holistic on-site support to connect the dots from pre-boarding, on-boarding journey, work & live in RDSZ and Roche to the off-boarding in line with relevant GMP and SHE requirements as well as extending it to all types of employees.Deliver high-quality and innovative Site level or cross-site level events while penetrating the culture essence as well as enhancing the great place to work environment.Drive the General Administration transformation and continuous improvement or proactive change (if necessary) about the current administration procedure to fulfill the future business requirements and fast growth of the organization. Manage Site tour business to maintain the active interactions with key internal and external stakeholders.Enhance highly engaged relationship with Site leadership team and ensure effective communications.Ad hoc requirements sometimes with short notice.

Develop and drive a work culture committed to compliance and product quality.Ensure ‘Right to Operate’ through compliance with all global and local regulatory requirements applicable to RDSZ.
 

Product Supply

Maximize the service level to support uninterrupted supply of high-quality products.Ensure that robust Manufacturing business processes are in place.


Cost Management

Ensure adequate budgeting for operating costs.Manage and control expenses towards the set targets.Seek for continuous improvements in the department to optimize cost and enhance the department productivity and competitiveness.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation

Establish and maintain a LEAN culture of continuous improvement that contributions to site operational performance.


General

Communicate the Roche Strategic Framework including the Group Business Model and the Group Management Model reinforcing the Roche values Integrity, Courage, Passion and motivate the team to live them.Report activities and critical issues to superiors in a timely manner.Support and/or implement global manufacturing, quality and business initiatives in compliance with local authority requirements.Manage and optimize relationships with external authorities and communities in order to ensure a smooth cooperation.Contribute to RDSZ site activities as a member of the RDSZ Leadership Team.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor degree or above majoring in Administration Management or related fields.English CET-6 aboveComputer Certificate8 above years of Administration/HR related working experience.Working experience in MNC.Fluent oral English & good verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills; team player; well-organizedExcellent PC skills (MS-Office, Google, etc.)Good leadership skills for people management and development.Good business acumenStrong communication skillsStrong continuous improvement expertiseStrong negotiation / influencing / persuasion skillsStrong problem-solving skills with proven abilities to anticipate issues and recommend effective and efficient solutionHigh cultural awareness and proven ability to work and collaborate with a broad range of culturesProject Management skillsFinance & Cost awarenessPresentation skillsFacilitation and conflict resolution skills
