ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and commercially astute individual to join the Cotton On Property team as the Executive Assistant to Group Executive, Andrew Woolcock. This crucial role involves providing strategic and proactive support to a Senior Executive, significantly contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and ensuring overall departmental efficiency.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key liaison, bridging connections within our organisation from the Board level to the Executive Leadership Team, our GM and CM community, and both internal and external stakeholders. The Property team, comprising Leasing, Construction, and Design, operates with a strong commercial focus. 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives. Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks. Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management. Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence. Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries, aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives. Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
