Purpose of the role:
Paramount is offering a fantastic opportunity for a junior Executive Assistant to join our team.
This role will provide vital administrative support to our Technology and Finance teams, particularly focusing on vendor invoices, inquiries, and supporting the SVP of Technology and VP of Finance with their day-to-day administrative needs.
The position is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently and ensure smooth operations for both the Technology, Digital, and Finance teams.
Functions will also include:
Assist in managing and reconciling invoices, expenses, and purchase orders, and liaise with the global finance team as needed.

Provide general administrative support as required.
This is what we’re looking for:
Some previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a technology or finance environment.
A natural curiosity – willing to ask questions and seek out the right resources to get things done.
A proactive and solution-focused attitude – you take ownership of tasks and work independently when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills – confident and approachable, able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
