Executive Assistant to Cabinet Member

With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Position Details:** + **Location:** Clearwater, FL (Hybrid) + **Status:** Full Time (Exempt) + **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may vary) + **Days:** Monday – Friday + This position supports BayCare's Chief Financial Officer **The Executive Assistant to Cabinet Member, Chief Financial Officer (CFO):** + Responsible for providing a broad variety of advanced administrative support to a Cabinet Member including collecting and preparing information for meetings, composing and preparing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements and completing expense and mileage reports. + Schedules meetings for executive with internal staff and external individuals/organizations. + Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements for the executive. + **Arranges and handles logistics for meetings and events:** schedules meetings, drafts agenda’s, develops, compiles and distributes presentation materials and may record meeting minutes. + Prepares reports and/or gathers information. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal leadership on matters pertaining to the executive including those of highly confidential and critical nature. + Prioritizes and may determine appropriate course of action, referral or response based upon executive’s guidance. Works on other projects as assigned. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of individuals from inside and outside the organization.
