Summary

Executive Assistant to the Chief Enterprise Risk Officer

 

Position Highlights:

The Executive Assistant to the CERO provides high level administrative support without immediate supervision. Resolves and completes complex administrative tasks that may include travel and itineraries, manages schedules, facilitate/coordinate meetings, conference calls, ability to produce high quality meeting minutes and reports.

 

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Administrative support experience in an office setting.  Experience in healthcare, research/academic, or biopharma setting strongly preferred. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Self-starter who can organize work and anticipate issues with limited supervision. Familiarity with office organization protocols and procedures. Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information. Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

 

Responsibilities:

Coordinates calendars, scheduling, and itineraries for executives and board members. Create presentations for executive and/or board meetings. Communicate and handle internal and external communications for executive. Create and interpret reports for executive.

 

Credentials and Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED Minimum of five (5) years administrative support experience in an office setting.

 

Preferred:

Prefer at least 2 years at the executive/director level. Prefer experience in healthcare, research and/or academic setting.
