Duties and responsibilities related to the Executive Assistant to General Manager role:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hotel General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangementsPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documentsManage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the General ManagerCoordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action itemsHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents and informationDuties and responsibilities related to the Executive Assistant to General Manager role:
