The Role:
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Operations Lead for New Zealand! You will provide effective and efficient operational support for the MD and wider NZ business.
High-level executive support to the MD of New Zealand, ensuring optimal time management and organisational efficiencyExecute strategic communications on behalf of the MD, ensuring appropriate stakeholder consultation and obtaining necessary approvals before distribution Champion and leverage JLL's technology platforms to maximise productivity and establish best practices for the wider support team, providing operational leadership to the wider support team Drive alignment with Australian operations practices and replicate in NZ as appropriate Manage administrative functions including calendar management, document preparation and execution, expense processing, and travel arrangements for the MD and NZLT as required for cross-functional collaboration Coordinate and maintain a centralised NZ Events Calendar, working with the wider LT and support teams to ensure successful delivery of client and internal events on time and within budget parametersBenefits:

Ability to take on true executive assistant-style challenges and tasks, which would involve quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externallyBe highly organised and can manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelinesAwareness and ability to hand highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionProven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders (internal or external)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office SuiteHighly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsMinimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, an added plus would be experience within a commercial real estate, financial services, professional services or legal environmentWhat to expect from us:
