Executive Assistant to the CEO

 

 

What you do

• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management.

• Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, and regulators.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing and coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and business itineraries.

• Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external use.

• Oversee the planning and execution of high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

• Manage critical communication flow, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to key stakeholders.

• Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Ensure proactive problem-solving by anticipating the CEO’s needs and addressing issues promptly.

• Collaborate with various departments to support projects, streamline workflows, and align organizational objectives.

 

 

What you bring

• Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in financial services, banking, or a related field.

• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bulgarian and English.

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with financial services operations, terminology, and regulations is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• PA diploma, certification, or additional qualifications in management or administration would be a plus.
