Job Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Take the reins on complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination for the CIO and VP. Be the backbone of their day-to-day operations!
Meeting Prep & Briefings: Ensure senior leaders are well-prepared for important meetings and engagements by providing relevant, concise materials and background info.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize high-profile corporate events, conferences, and engagements featuring the CIO, ensuring they run seamlessly.
Project Management: Assist with special projects requested by the CIO, from presentations to reports, ensuring they’re delivered on time and at the highest standard.
Communication Hub: Be the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, representing the CIO and VP with professionalism and efficiency.
Confidentiality & Organization: Maintain organized, secure filing systems, and handle all confidential information with discretion and care.
Follow-Up & Action Items: Keep everything on track by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication of action items and priorities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications or related field, preferred
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives
Executive experience in global or multinational corporate environment is a plus
Proven experience in managing complex calendars, scheduling travel and handling multiple priorities
Highly proficient in MS Office Products: Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, etc.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work products
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and judgement.
Highly professional, adaptable, proactive, solutions-oriented with a passion for excellence and efficiency.
