We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO. This on-site role requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to handle dynamic changes with ease. The Executive Assistant will manage the daily operations of the President & CEO's office, coordinate communications with the Board of Directors, support the Executive Leadership Team in their work, and handle confidential information professionally. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing meeting materials, organizing records, and providing project management and administrative support for high-level projects and meetings. The President & CEO Lesli Suggs is the first licensed social worker to lead the organization in a generation. Lesli began her career as a Residential Counselor and ascended to her current position over two decades. Lesli is consistently named as one of the top 100 women running a business in Massachusetts and was recently honored by the Boston Business Journal receiving the coveted “Women who Means Business” award.
