The Executive Assistant (w/m/d)will provide support for the EVP Managing Director CTO and the Research Department

Key Responsibilities:Administrative support for department (translation support, creating presentations, coordinating correspondence, prescreening distribution of mail etc.)Support Research Development Team as needed in daily activities (schedule, coordination of meetings, summits, social events etc.)Coordinate new hire interview and appointments with TAAssure all business travel arrangements are planned and coordinatedPlanning and organization of travel costsTime scheduling and schedule reviewAssure timely prolongation and administration of NDAsCross departmental support – Support requesting departments for any/all necessary needs important to business operationsCreate and maintain clinical and product-related content used for training nurses, perfusionists, etc., to be used by the field team in their education activities.
