EXECUTIVE BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR ABOUT YOU: Join our Yearbook Division as an Executive Business Administrator, where you’ll provide key support to senior leadership. Emotional maturity and stability. Good listening skills. Preferred second language skills (particularly Spanish) desirable. Experience. 5-7 years’ progressively senior secretarial/administrative assistant experience in large company settings. Preferred knowledge and understanding of Jostens’ personnel and operations. Education. AA degree in relevant field such as business, secretarial arts or similar. YOU WILL: Support. Prepare and distribute presentations, correspondence, reports, memoranda and other similar material in a variety of media; compose routine correspondence and memoranda for signature. Handle routine administrative tasks for supervisor and/or others. Update and maintain. Participate in department/unit budget preparation and cost/expense tracking and monitoring. Strengthen. Conduct or direct the conduct of research as needed or requested. Help. Gatekeep physical and electronic access to supervisor and/or others; schedule appointments and events and keep one or more calendars.
