Our client seeks an Executive Business Analyst to combine high-level executive support with advanced data analysis to streamline operations and enhance stakeholder relationships across their global network. The role will serve as a crucial bridge between executive leadership, sales teams, and international distributors, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business processes and support strategic decision-making.
The Impact you’ll makeData Analysis & Business Intelligence\nCreate and maintain reports using VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables for streamlined analysis\nDevelop data visualizations using Tableau to present insights to stakeholders\nAnalyze sales and distributor performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities\nBuild and maintain efficient tracking systems using Airtable\nExecutive Support & Calendar Management\nManage complex executive calendars and coordinate international meetings\nTake detailed meeting minutes and distribute action items to stakeholders\nBook and coordinate international travel arrangements, optimizing for loyalty points and adhering to preferred travel protocols\nProcess expense reports through Concur following company guidelines\nProject Management & Event Coordination\nLead the organization of international conferences and distributor events\nCoordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones\nTrack and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources\nManage DocuSign processes for event-related agreements\nStakeholder Relations & Communications\nMaintain strong relationships with international distributors\nEnsure timely follow-up on action items and commitments\nManage and organize communication flows between executives and stakeholders\nSupport sales initiatives through effective distributor liaison\n
