JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completes all assigned duties, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner. Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix. Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Players Club membership benefits. Provides feedback to the Director of Player Development regarding status and concerns of VIP players. Responsible for evaluating discretionary comps for customer disputes. Reviews the patron's accounts to ensure the redemptions fall within the patron's eligibility level. Assist the Director of Player Development in the development of Casino Host staff. Working knowledge of Oasis including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Players Club & Tracking info, Customer offers & redemptions, and Marketing reports. Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.

DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Casino Host. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications. Must complete all required company training. Must be at least 21 years of age and willing and eligible to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
