Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited, and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food. It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something.
Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 45 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly.
Powered by technology and a network of 1500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. Who We Are Looking For:
Fooda is seeking a polished and professional Executive Catering Concierge to provide exceptional dining and catering services for C-suite executives at a prestigious client location. This role requires impeccable customer service, discretion, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for executive-level clientele.
Who You Are:
What You Will Be Doing:Serve as the primary liaison for executive catering services, ensuring seamless event execution and an unparalleled guest experience.Coordinate, set up, and oversee catering functions, ensuring timely and precise service for executive meetings and events.Maintain impeccable presentation of dining and catering areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.Manage vendor relationships and oversee pantry and catering inventory, including receiving and distributing deliveries.Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling standards in all service areas.Proactively identify and resolve service challenges, maintaining a client-first approach at all times.Provide white-glove service to executives and VIP guests, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.Perform other duties as assignedWhat You Should Already Have:5+ years of experience in corporate hospitality, high-end catering, fine dining, or luxury hotel service.Prior experience serving C-suite executives or VIP clientele in a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.Strong understanding of event coordination, catering setup, and service execution.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless service at all times.Experience maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendor deliveries.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, with a commitment to upholding the highest hygiene practices.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, customer-first approach.

This exempt role requires a high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and professionalism, making it an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional dedicated to delivering best-in-class service in a corporate executive setting.
Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 (commensurate with experience)
