**Role Overview**
**Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for an **Executive Chef 2** to join our team at General Electric R&D in Schenectady NY! The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, Catering, and Micro-Market. The Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations for the location.
Target Salary is 65K
**Incentives**
Predominately M-F 6am to 4pm schedule with some evenings
**What You'll Do**
+ Menu planning
+ Ordering
+ Inventory
+ Hands on cooking about 80% of the time
+ Catering production
+ Managing food Cost with the General Manager
+ Managing a team of 5 hourly employee

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
