Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join our team at BF Saul Property Mgmt. at one of our Multi-Tenant Buildings in Bethesda MD!  The current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe with Coffee Bar that serves Breakfast and Lunch, and Catering Operations.  

Incentives M-F scheduled 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do

Duties of the Executive Chef will include but not limited to:

Menu planningOrderingInventoryHands on about 80% of the timeLeading and developing a team of 7 hourly employeesFood and labor costManaging the client relationship What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
