A passion for food and a track record of developing innovative menus that exceed guest expectations. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and forecasting. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team. A commitment to maintaining high standards in health and safety compliance. Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
