We are looking for a well-experienced Executive Chef who will manage the overall operations of the hotel’s Culinary department. In this role, you willensure that the department operates efficiently while maintaining a level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt. You will provide directions that are aligned with the Corporate Strategy and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate. You will be responsible for the optimal utilization of resources and ensure that associates are equipped with the proper product and service training that will allow them to be their best every day.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:

Progressive career in Culinary gained in a 5-star luxury property or Michelin-starred restaurants, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar roleStrong business acumenHighly creative with an international focus and flareComprehensive Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skillsProficiency in food and safety standardsSuperior communication and customer service skillsPassion for working with people

Qualifications
