What we are looking for: We are seeking an inspired and dynamic chef with a deep understanding of menus similar to NOBU and Sushi Samba. The ideal candidate will excel in crafting unique and classic nigiri, sashimi, maki rolls, omakase, wagyu, tempura, shukos, and innovative cold and hot dishes.
