Executive Chef

**The Role at a glance:**
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team at Hillwood Estate!
**This operation includes a full-service café, grab and go kiosk, group dining, and internal client catering. The typical schedule varies, but this is a weekend-driven business; schedule flexibility is required.**
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
+ Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
+ Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
**What we're looking for:**
_Must-haves:_
+ At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
+ Experience with budget statements.
_Nice-to-haves:_
+ Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
**Compensation:**
$85-90,000 plus Bonus
