Executive Compensation Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and AnalysisCollect and analyze data on Executive compensation packages, including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives, and deferred compensation.

Manage Compensation ProgramsSupport the Executive Rewards Cycle’s end-to-end process.Collaborate with recruiters and business partners on Executive hiring.

BenchmarkingConduct benchmarking of Executive compensation levels against peer companies.Perform market study on Executive compensation trends and legislation.

Compensation ModelingDevelop and update compensation models and scenarios to evaluate the impact of changes to executive compensation.

ReportingSupport preparation of the annual proxy statement and the presentations for the Compensation Committee meetings.

ProjectsContribute to the projects within the total rewards team and cross-functional teams.

Ensure Regulatory ComplianceEstablish and maintain a personal understanding of regulations.Consult with internal and external experts to verify understanding and determine application of compliance regulation.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Must have advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.Highly meticulous—capable of presenting accurate data and concise, significant reports.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically.Minimum of 4 years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with executive compensation programs and SEC filings.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to executive compensation.Certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP, CECP).

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$63,000.00 - $172,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
