Executive Compensation QA Manager – Virtual
Aon is looking for an Executive Compensation QA Manager – Virtual! As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our Survey Operations Quality Assurance team supporting the Executive Compensation function. What the day will look like + Take on ownership of the data quality of Exec data in RMCD. + Work with our Executive Compensation Advisory colleagues providing escalation paths related to data concerns. + Investigate and resolve data related issues working in close coordination with Data Operations + Work with the Survey Operations QA team to review/update executive compensation data, being a mentor to the analysts in executive compensation. + Work with the tech team to continue to develop and launch an enhance centralized database to consolidate our data sources; establishing consistent automated processes to validate the data collected. + Work with the tech team to build new capability to manage and track high priority EC clients and any other clients identified on an ad hoc basis. + Identify opportunities to automate and enhance the data management processes. + Help establish a new EC advisory data review workflow. How this opportunity is different We are looking for an Executive Compensation QA Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day management of Aon’s RMCD executive data journey from ingestion to publication, and beyond. You will work on the Quality Assurance team in a lead role, partnering with members of the EC Advisory team, Survey Customer Success team, and others, utilizing your executive compensation experience to ensure the quality of executive data in our survey. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with Executive Compensation. + Expert knowledge of compensation strategy, design, and implementation issues, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives and equity dilution management + Understand public and private corporate Executive Structures and leveling. + Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with attention to detail. + Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels. + Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + Advanced written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to 120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
