Job DescriptionOversee Statutory compliance / payroll compliance (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly)Oversee Labour compliance (S&E, CLRA, & Factories) (Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/yearly)Conduct PF helpdesk for Continental employees addressing queries for Provident related queries and grievance.Knowledge of payroll processing & time and attendance is an added advantage.Ability to prioritize and work closely with the global stakeholders.Experience of working in a large complex organization in a challenging environment and managing teams through changesProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential company/ employee information with professionalismCustomer focus & result orientedSolutions driven, very good negotiation skills, planning and organizing skillsStructured working approach, ability to work under pressure and stringent deadlinesExperience in working in a Shared Services Environment will be an added advantageProficiency in MS Office Suite and other HR-related software

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Human Resources / MSW from a recognized University
