In this role, you will be at the heart of our compliance operations, supporting the day-to-day functions of our laboratory system’s regulatory compliance and HIPAA program. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in accordance with DHHS, CMS, and the Office of Inspector General’s Compliance Program Guidance for Clinical Laboratories.

Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and facilitate compliance-related business requests, forms, and contract filings.Administer compliance software systems, including hotline, sanction screening, LMS, and training tools.Develop compliance training content and interactive eLearning modules with multimedia integration.Create and manage compliance-related communications and maintain an annual communication plan.Plan and coordinate annual Compliance Week activities.Maintain corporate compliance records, minutes, and compliance calendars.Manage hotline cases, ensuring thorough documentation and timely resolution.Track and schedule sanction screening for corporate entities.Prepare and submit CMS and other regulatory filings, reports, and presentations.Support special projects and initiatives to strengthen a culture of compliance.

Educational Requirements/Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience desired.

Qualifications

1-3 years regulatory or compliance healthcare administrative experience desirableAbility to work independently as well as interact with team members, leaders, executivesAbility to take on new responsibilities and learn new processes/ technology with easeCreative and innovative mindsetHIPPA/Health Care experience preferredPrevious laboratory experience preferred, but not requiredPrevious experience with Adobe Illustrator, Articulate 360, and Vyond preferredPrevious experience as LMS administrator preferred

Skills/Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel; excellent data entry and proofreading skills.Strong initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment.High ethical standards and discretion in handling confidential information.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Adaptable and flexible in response to evolving corporate needs.Team-oriented with a reputation for responsiveness and support.Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
