Executive - Contract
**Job Purpose** The job holder is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with registered real estate brokers, expanding the broker network, and driving sales through strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing broker engagement, and ensuring guests have a positive experience while contributing to the success and reputation of the brand. **Key Accountabilities:** + Responsible to maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers to maximize sales opportunities. + Organize and conduct regular broker meetings, site visits, and networking events to strengthen partnerships. + Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on projects and offerings. + Work with sales and marketing team to increase engagement and activations for registered brokers. + Identify and onboard new brokers to expand the company’s network and enhance sales potential. + Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive broker-led sales. + Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. + Work closely with marketing to develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and project information to brokers. + Educate brokers on the company’s projects and sales processes. + Provide ongoing support and training sessions to enhance brokers' ability to sell effectively. + Support sales and marketing team during events and activations to ensure smooth operations. + Manage sales team roster, ensuring accurate scheduling as per management requirements, attendance fulfilment, timely updates and clear communications. + Co-ordinate with admin and marketing teams to ensure the office has a welcoming and efficient environment, enhancing guest experience. + Drive initiatives focused on process enhancements and automation, aiming to increase productivity and efficiency. + Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team by implementing process enhancements. + Support in the day-to-day operations within the Agent Relations team ensuring that commissions are paid out to registered brokers in a timely manner. + Percentage growth in the active broker network. + Broker engagement rate, measured by participation in events, training, and communication responsiveness. + Number of broker meetings, training sessions, and site visits conducted. + Broker satisfaction score, gathered through feedback and surveys. **Qualification:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field ; Master’s degree preferred + Certifications in Customer Service or Guest Experience Management – a plus + Min 2-4 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer experience roles. + Strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly luxury and high-end developments. + Proven track record in delivering high-quality guest services and managing guest concerns. **Job Specific Skills:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), customer service software and CRM systems. + Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. + Ability to integrate seamlessly into teams and contribute to collective goals. + Strong planning and prioritization abilities. + Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging situations professionally. + Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. + Fluent in English, both written and spoken. + Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution. + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. + Strong collaboration skills. + Proven ability to implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and overall experience.
