Our client, a well-known media company located in downtown Manhattan, is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Executive Coordinator to support an executive in operations. Compensation will be 85-100K DOE + benefits!

Responsibilities:

Heavy scheduling and calendar managementBooking/ assisting with travelBooking carsMaking/ managing reservations (lunches and dinners)Escorting to meetingsSetting up the conference room for meetingsAnswering the phones/ gatekeepingReconciling expensesAd hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
