Your Impact:

Serve as the key contact and gatekeeper for the scheduling of meetings and events with internal and external parties, including related travel arrangements as needed for supported executives. Exercise discretion and judgment in managing sophisticated and dynamic executive calendars to ensure time is used most effectively. Coordinate across the division and company to provide timely and accurate information vital for the leaders to be appropriately prepared for corporate and partner meetings and events including client meetings and industry events. Monitor email for time-sensitive and/or critical correspondence, issues and/or deliverables; interpret and handle accordingly; use information to maintain awareness of key issues and work in progress. Anticipate administrative needs through proactive attention to email, calendar, pending deliverables, and workload; weigh competing priorities and make autonomous decisions whenever possible. Work closely with the leadership team to achieve desired goals in support of the officers. Co-Create, proofread and/or suggest edits to outgoing communications, correspondence and presentations. Oversee space planning and maintain organizational charts for the department Prepare expense reports and review those of direct reports for accuracy and alignment with company policy. Establish and manage office protocol ensuring that administrative practices support the corporate mission, strategic goals and activities. Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries. Maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

10+ years of executive level administrative support Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience Advanced digital literacy; proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and PowerPoint Keen attention to detail, good judgment, tact, diplomacy and discretion Works well under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise Function autonomously and proactively, working independently on a variety of assignments with minimal oversight

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $90,000 - $136,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
