Executive Director, Governance, Oversight, and Reporting

Role Overview: The Executive Director of Governance, Oversight, and Reporting plays a critical role in ensuring robust governance frameworks and strategic oversight across the organization. This role involves overseeing business performance management, compliance, and reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency and align with organizational objectives. The Director will work closely with key stakeholders, including Ankura Business Services function leads, the Executive Leadership team, and Business Group Operating partners, to enhance company operations and implement effective policies and procedures. Responsibilities: + Define, implement, and revise governance and oversight frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. + Lead the corporate oversight and operations reporting process, ensuring that Ankura Business Services function leads, the Executive Leadership team, and Business Group Operating partners receive regular updates on the company's day-to-day operations, performance, and key metrics. + Communicate with function and business group operating partners to develop business plans, track performance measurements, and ensure company-wide compliance. + Regularly evaluate organizational efficiency, support resource and capacity management, and coordinate resource allocation to maximize efficiency. + Oversee the implementation of comprehensive reporting systems to provide insights into various aspects of the business, enabling informed strategic decisions and risk identification. Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in business administration or another relevant field, with a master’s degree in business administration or related fields as a bonus. + Professional certifications in personnel management, operations management, or related fields are advantageous. + At least 7-10 years of experience working in a governance or operations role, with a minimum of five years in a management or leadership capacity. + Experience in creating budgets and financial plans, and conducting internal and external client negotiations. + Demonstrated success in increasing employee productivity and maximizing profitability. + Excellent leadership and organizational abilities + Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines. + In-depth knowledge of data analysis software packages and CRM systems + Outstanding negotiation skills and excellent written and oral communication + Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting + First-class people skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ankura is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
