**Description**
The Senior Director of North America Retailer.com will be responsible for defining and implementing the MAC Cosmetics Retailer.com strategy and plan, while delivering sales goals across NA Retailer.com sites. This role will work strategically with the Brand Senior Leadership, Key Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Consumer Engagement to lead the online retail channel and execute against sales targets.
The Senior Director, Retailer.com will manage direct reports.
⁃ Drive sustainable and profitable sales growth for MAC Cosmetics in the NA Retailer.com channel with a focus on gaining market share, managing the portfolio of retailer.com accounts, including Nordstrom.com, Macys.com and Ulta.com.
⁃ Define the vision, strategy and financial plans for retailer.com in close partnership with the Online Retail Partners, NA Key Accounts Managers, Finance, Marketing and Consumer Engagement.
⁃ Establish the financial plan and oversee the monthly estimate and R&O process on behalf of the retail.com channel.
⁃ Devise CRM, Merchandising and Content strategies in partnership with Retail Partners, NA Key Account Management & Trade Marketing to maximize sales and deliver a seamless customer experience across touch points online and in⁃store.
⁃ Secure innovative merchandising programs and increased brand exposure across retailers' consumer touch points (including social and affiliate marketing) as well as oversee the sampling strategy & execution, maximizing ROI.
⁃ Develop offsite media plans and ROAS targets to drive the necessary traffic to MAC on retail.com to achieve plan while building onsite media plans to capitalize on the traffic driven to site by the retail partners.
⁃ Leverage multiple data sources (i.e. retail sales, retailer site KPIs, NPD, etc.) to analyze sales results and key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis to unlock key business opportunities, react to business trends and measure market share trends.
⁃ Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Retailer Partners and oversee the relationships with Online Retail Partners.
⁃ Foster strong partnership and collaboration among key internal cross⁃functional stakeholders, including Key Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Consumer Engagement and ELC Online in order to influence marketing spend in revenue⁃generating programs and initiatives.
⁃ Manage and develop 2 direct reports.
**Qualifications**
⁃ BS/BA required
⁃ MBA desirable
⁃ 10+ years work experience in sales & marketing at a retailer or brand
⁃ eCommerce and digital marketing highly preferred ⁃ Omnichannel experience a plus
⁃ High degree of comfort in highly creative and unstructured work environment
⁃ Capability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization with competing priorities
⁃ Proven track record of delivering in a fast⁃paced, deadline⁃driven environment
⁃ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
⁃ Financial acumen with ability to effectively build and manage an A&P budget and P&L
⁃ Team player
⁃ Detail oriented and ability to multi⁃task
⁃ Strong organizational skills
