About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Leadership role to head GTM Product, India & Philippines.
As Head of GTM Product, you will oversee the development, launch and management of GTM products and services. This includes understanding of client needs, analyzing trends in payments industry to build and deliver technology driven innovative and competitive products that are aligned with Wells Fargo’s 2025-27 Strategy.
In this role, you will:
Set up, manage and develop teams of managers and individual contributors for leading product strategyIn partnership with US teams, develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and successIdentify and recommend opportunities for new products, existing product enhancements and business requirementsDetermine appropriate strategy and actions of product development team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables such as Platform Modernization initiatives and regulatory mandates.Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerationsAnalyze customer behavior, preferences and feedback to ensure customer needs are met in a seamless mannerCollaborate and consult with US Product managers, Sales, Operations, Compliance and technology to execute the Product Operating Model.Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management & DevelopmentDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
