The Executive Director of Residential Programs will directly oversee the STRTP-licensed programs for San Francisco County, providing oversight of program and clinical practices, equipping and supporting staff, external partnership and advocacy, and supporting fiscal solvency. Those programs include: Aspire ESTRTP (2 beds), CCCPP ESTRTP (2 beds) and CCCPP CCRP (4 beds). 

 

In addition, the Executive Director of Residential Programming will also provide guidance and consultation to other leaders who oversee and support STRTP-licensed programs across the agency, with the goal of strengthening program and model consistency across those programs throughout California. 

 

ABOUT THE PROGRAMS

The programs directly overseen by the Executive Director of Residential Programs are a part of the Children’s Crisis Continuum Pilot Program (CCCPP) grant which aims to provide a full continuum of care to San Francisco youth, including innovative, short term, individualized out of home placements for youth who need support with stabilization.

Responsibilities Participates in planning and implementing new programsSupervise and evaluate program leadership staffOversee the management of staffing, training, and evaluations in each programOversees the quality assurance of all programs regarding adherence to all county health plan, government, and state regulationsDevelops and maintains internal systems which provide consistency among programsWorks with Controller to maintain budgetary obligations and maximize all contracts to be fiscally viableStays abreast of legislation and regulations which affect the operation of the programs and communicates information to the necessary partiesDevelops and maintains relationships with referring agencies, counties, and local community resourcesParticipates in the agency wide Executive team meetings Qualifications

REQUIRED

Master's degree in social work or related fieldRegistered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensedAt least 3 years’ experience in program development within the mental health fieldSupervisory experience that includes managing all aspects of personnelWorking knowledge of budgets and fiscal oversight of programsStrong writing and communication skillsMust be at least 21 years of ageValid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policyTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsProof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination
