Executive Director - Food and Beverage Marketing
Job Purpose
The Food & Beverage Marketing Executive Director will be responsible for developing and implementing holistic marketing strategies to build key F&B outlets as destinations, gain international recognitions and enhance the market penetration in target regions. This role will involve working closely with the culinary team to showcase the unique dining experiences offered by the company and drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
• Formulate marketing and promotional strategies for each F&B outlets to continue to strengthen the F&B brands as destinations, promote the gastronomy offerings to targeted audience
• Develop and consolidate an annual communications plan and activation calendar with specific goals and budgets for all restaurants to achieve overall F&B marketing goals
• Create values to guests through specific campaigns driving revenues to each individual outlets; collaborate with food and beverage management to create products/experiences for key business periods
• Act as a strategic partner with the business units’ stakeholders to understand their needs to design and execute appropriate promotional programs or tactical actions
• Takes an integrated approach to work closely with Public Relation, Digital Marketing and Food & Beverage teams, to contribute creative stories, experiences and ideas activities, ensuring a consistent and quality image is projected, and to generate interest, followers translating into commercial values
• Well-resourced and be able to further foster tight and positive relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to generate buzz and awareness around the company's F&B destinations and their gastronomy offerings
• Secure top industry awards while explore and expand presence in broader award scenes
• Develop and build strong distribution partners (i.e. Dianping, Ctrip, etc.) increasing both audience reach and awareness
• Find & develop potential partnership i.e. airline, credit card companies, luxury brands for tactical promotions and brand building
• Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of on-going promotional channels, setting KPIs for future collaboration projects
• Conduct regular updates, competitor analysis, and marketing research and stay up to date with market intelligence, trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience gained from F&B marketing communications, F&B operations or related preferably from a luxury hotel with multiple outlets or from independent restaurant group
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Skills / Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer preferences
• Great communication and negotiation skill, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage complexity
Language Ability: Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Optional)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
