Qualification : CA or MBA (Finance) or any other equivalent qualificationExperience : Minimum 15 years of Fund Accounting experienceLeadership responsibilities :Ensuring operational risk management and timely issuance of client deliverables.Collaborate across the functional teams, locally and globally, to maximize the commercial impact on the business.Formulating the necessary controls in clients and processes to ensure efficient and error free client deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for Onshore team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Timely escalation of risk related issues to the senior management.Ensuring that individual team members are aware of the policies, controls and procedures that apply to their role.Retain, develop and motivate team members to contribute more and seek long term career with the firm.
