The candidate will work closely with senior management of Morgan Stanley Fund Services (MSFS), both local and global, to ensure the smooth functioning of business in general and accounting team in particular. Qualification : CA or MBA (Finance) or any other equivalent qualificationExperience : Minimum 15 years of Fund Accounting experienceLeadership responsibilities :Ensuring operational risk management and timely issuance of client deliverables.Collaborate across the functional teams, locally and globally, to maximize the commercial impact on the business.Formulating the necessary controls in clients and processes to ensure efficient and error free client deliverables.Serve as the primary point of contact for Onshore team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.Timely escalation of risk related issues to the senior management.Ensuring that individual team members are aware of the policies, controls and procedures that apply to their role.Retain, develop and motivate team members to contribute more and seek long term career with the firm. Identifying the training areas for the team members (Functional as well as Soft Skills)Guide and mentor team members in achieving their career goals.
