Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director with a Registered Nurse (RN) background to lead our hospice operations in Danville. This full-time role demands a compassionate leader who can drive excellence in patient care, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Your Role

Lead and engage with diverse teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients and families. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of hospice services and ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee all operational activities, including patient care, staff management, and quality assurance initiatives. Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective care delivery. Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) processes, including audits and patient satisfaction measures. Serve as the primary contact for the agency during business hours and be available for urgent matters as needed.

Qualifications

Active In-state registered nurse license. Minimum of three years of successful leadership experience in hospice setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.
